Job Description: BDM
Objective:
To achieve the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and create the highest return for
both F5 Techno Solutions and the OEM.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Large, Medium, Large Enterprise
clients to build new business sales funnel and successful deal closure for the company. This candidate
will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when
making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
€¢ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
€¢ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
€¢ Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their concerns and requirements
€¢ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
€¢ Carryout POC and demo in co-ordination with support team.
€¢ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
€¢ Contribute to developing a compelling solution and competitive pricing through the various
stages of the opportunity
€¢ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
€¢ Collaborate with sales consultant to achieve better results
€¢ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
€¢ Gather market intelligence and be aware of competitor's products, features and pricing
€¢ Build long term relationship with new and existing customers
€¢ Prepare Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Plan
€¢ To execute product leadership, it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes,
proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be
recommended where necessary.
€¢ Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data to ensure that F5
techno meets its OEM commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for
rebates and other OEM investment initiatives.
