Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their concerns and requirements
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Carryout POC and demo in co-ordination with support team.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Contribute in developing a compelling solution and competitive pricing through the various stages of
the opportunity
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with sales consultant to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Gather market intelligence and be aware of competitor's products, features and pricing
- Build long term relationship with new and existing customers
- Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Business Plans
